The heating furnace comprises a smoke generation device, a heating hearth, an air preheater, a cooler, an immersion-type deduster and a steam bleeding pipe along the smoke generation flow direction, wherein the smoke generation device generates smoke in the practical operation process, the smoke is sent into the heating hearth for heating steel billets or steel ingots; the smoke successively flows through a high-temperature zone, a medium-temperature zone and a low-temperature zone and is discharged into the air preheater from a smoke furnace for gas cooling; after normal-temperature air is preheated, secondary air is formed to be sent into the heating hearth for supporting combustion; the gas-cooling smoke is processed by the cooler and the immersion-type deduster; and heat in the smoke and solid particles are respectively utilized to generate steam, raw materials for making bricks and the like to recycle.
