Embodiment Construction

[0016] This embodiment is a manufacturing method for steel beams and small longitudinal beams of the Indonesian Suramadu Bridge.

[0017] In the present embodiment, the bridge has 206 steel beams in total, 182 of which are of the same model size, each beam is 18280mm long, 3050mm high, and weighs 12886kg. The steel beam is mainly composed of parts N1, parts N2, parts N31, parts N32, and parts N3-1. The specific connections are as follows: figure 1 , 2 As shown, N1 and N2 are respectively welded at the upper and lower ends of N3-1, and N32 is respectively welded between the lower end of N1 and the two sides of N3-1. N31.

[0018] Judging from the connection of the above components, if the steel beams cannot be guaranteed to be standard parts, pre-assembly and on-site installation must be matched, which will have a serious impact on the matching, stacking site and construction progress. Therefore, it is very important to make the above-mentioned components into standard parts...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a standard component of a steel beam for bridges, which mainly comprises the processes of manufacturing blanks of the steel beam and drilling holes in the blanks so as to form a standard component. The method is characterized in that the key to manufacture the standard component is a hole-drilling process which specifically comprises the following steps of: firstly, sorting out drilling blanks which are required to be drilled; and then, in a pre-assembling process or a blank stage, carrying out matched drilling on general drilling blanks, wherein the hole drilling of L-shaped blanks needs to be performed by using a special bed-jig after the welding and distortion correction (by flame) of the steel beam are completed and the allowances of the two ends of the steel beam are completely cut off. The distance between the drilled holes is as follows: the distance between vertically-arranged holes respectively arranged at the two ends of each beam is 182802*80=18120mm. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that when a bridge is built, the unified drilling arrangement of the components of the steel beam is performed, thereby ensuring that the steel beam of the bright is a standard component, so that the manufactured standard component is not required to be installed correspondingly in the processes of pre-assembling and field installation, therefore, the stacking-site requirements of the standard component are lowered, and the construction progress can be quickly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a standard part of a steel structure, in particular to a method for manufacturing a standard part of a bridge steel beam by using a controlled drilling method. Background technique [0002] During the construction of the bridge, if the steel beams of the bridge cannot be guaranteed to be standard parts, pre-assembly and on-site installation must be matched, which will have a serious impact on the matching, stacking site and construction progress. Contents of the invention [0003] The main task of the present invention is to provide a quick and effective method for manufacturing standard parts of bridge steel beams and small longitudinal beams. [0004] In order to solve the above technical problems, a method for manufacturing standard parts of bridge steel beams and small longitudinal girders of the present invention is mainly to make blanks of steel beams and drill holes on the blanks to form stan...
