Abstract

The invention discloses an ecological building composite material and a preparation method thereof. The composite material consists of 35 to 45 parts of flyash, 33 to 43 parts of cement, 9 to 15 parts of paper pulp, 4 to 10 parts of mica and 1 to 3 parts of rock wool. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing the flyash, the cement, the paper pulp, the mica and the rock wool, fully stirring and pulping; and heating and drying a mixture; and performing mould pressing by using a press to obtain the composite material. The invention has the advantages that: flue waste slag generated by a coal-fired power plant, namely the flyash is used as a raw material, so that the strength and waterproof property of the composite material can be improved and the ecological friendliness is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a composite material and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a composite material used for building waterproofing. Background technique [0002] Traditional building waterproof materials, such as cement mortar, asphalt base, sheet and film waterproofing, are tightly integrated and continuous to achieve anti-mixing and anti-leakage, but affected by climate changes, thermal expansion and contraction of materials, and cracks due to building deformation cause leakage. Contents of the invention [0003] A technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a composite material with light weight, high strength, good waterproof performance and low shrinkage rate and its preparation method. [0004] In order to solve the problems of the technologies described above, the technical solution adopted is: the present invention contains the following raw materials in parts by weight: [0005] 35-45 parts of f...
