The wireless power supply device comprises a transmitting device and a receiving device; the transmitting device comprises a current transformer, a first rectifying circuit, a high-frequency oscillator and a high-frequency energy transmitting coil; the receiving device comprises an energy receiving coil, a second rectifying circuit and a direct current output circuit; the current transformer is sleeved on a power transmission line and generates electric energy through electromagnetic induction, and the electric energy is rectified into direct current through the first rectifying circuit; the direct current is input into the high-frequency oscillator to generate high-frequency oscillating signals which are transmitted to the receiving device through the high-frequency energy transmitting coil; and the receiving device converts the high-frequency oscillating signals into direct current through the high-frequency oscillating signals after receiving the high-frequency oscillating signals, and the direct current is output to a power utilization device through the direct current output circuit.
