Abstract

The invention relates to a device for collecting orientation nano fibre. The device comprises a roller, two metal plates, a motor and a negative high-voltage output device. The two metal plates are arranged in parallel and connected through a wire. The roller is between or above the two metal plates. When the roller is between the two metal plates, the axial direction of the roller is parallel to the length directions of the two metal plates. When the roller is above the two metal plates, the axial direction of the roller is vertical to the length directions of the two metal plates. The roller is connected with the output shaft of the motor. The two metal plates are connected with the negative high-voltage output device. The invention further relates to a method for performing electrostatic spinning by using the device for collecting the orientation nano fibre. The method comprises the following steps of: drawing electrostatic spinning jet between the two metal plates by utilizing capacitance formed between the two metal plates; and collecting orientation arrangement nano fibre by using the roller rotating at high speed.
