Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, the traditional method for expressing light-sensing genes in target neurons is mainly the infection of adenovirus or lentivirus carrying plasmids in vivo.
Viral transfection may lead to a decrease in cell proliferation, and may also affect the structure and function of foreign genes, resulting in insertional mutagenesis; the impact on DNA in long-term practical applications is unknown and potentially dangerous

Embodiment Construction

[0027] In the following, the implantable in vivo electrotransfection device will be further described in detail mainly in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific examples.

[0028] Such as figure 1 As shown, the implantable in vivo electrotransfection device 100 of this embodiment is mainly used to transfer a light-sensitive target gene into the target cells 500 at the implantation site. The electrotransfection device 100 includes a central control system 110 , an electrode system 120 and an injection system 130 . The central control system 110 is connected with the electrode system 120 and the injection system 130 for controlling the electrode system 120 and the injection system 130 .

[0029] The electrode system 120 generates electrical pulses to transfer the target gene into the target cell 500 and collects electrophysiological signals near the target cell 500 to feed back to the central control system 110 . Please combine figure 2 with image 3 , The ...

Abstract

The invention relates to an implanted in vivo electrotransfection device, which is used for transferring a photosensitive target gene into a target cell in a transplantation part. The electrotransfection device comprises a central control system, an electrode system and an injection system, wherein the central control system is connected with the electrode system and the injection system for controlling the electrode system and the injection system; the injection system is used for injecting the target gene into the target cell; and the electrode system generates electric pulses to transfer the target gene into the target cell and acquires an electrophysiological signal of a transplantation part and feeds the electrophysiological signal of the transplantation part back to the central control system. The implanted in vivo electrotransfection device combines a micro-injection technology, electrotransfection technology and microelectrode measurement technology and can realize the transfection of a target neuron, optogenetic control and electrophysiological signal measurement. As a pure physical method, electrotransfection avoids threats from chemical and biological toxicity. The transfection can be widely used in cells and the transfection is high.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to the field of medical devices, in particular to an implantable in vivo electrotransfection device. 【Background technique】 [0002] Epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia, anorexia nervosa, depression, Alzheimer's disease, tremors, convulsions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, stroke, and drug addiction and many other central nervous system and mental diseases have been threatening human health , bothering the normal life of human beings. At present, there are about 600 million people with nervous system and mental diseases in the world, of which my country accounts for about a quarter. And with the aging of society and the influence of various factors such as economy and environment, the number of patients with these diseases is increasing year by year, which has caused huge obstacles to the development of society and economy. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a method to deeply study the remodeling and rep...
