According to the invention, the change of intestinal micro-ecology of the 100-year old people is preliminarily discussed, and the dominant flora with longevity characteristics and the biomarkers are determined. The influence of aging on intestinal microecology is obvious, so that the diversity of intestinal flora is obviously reduced, and the structural proportion of the intestinal flora is also changed; the intestinal flora spectrums of the same age group are relatively similar, that is, the core flora exists; the'core flora 'of different age groups has difference. By combining genetic backgrounds, lifestyles and environmental factors of different samples, the influence of different lifestyles and environmental factors on the structure and longevity of intestinal bacteria is determined.

This invention provides a strain of *Pseudomonas aeruginosa* RL76, its bacterial suspension, its preparation method, and its applications, belonging to the field of agricultural microbiology technology. The *Pseudomonas aeruginosa* RL76 was deposited at the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) on January 26, 2026, with accession number CGMCC No. 37531. This invention utilizes a mixture of filter mud and soil for sugar beet cultivation. It was found that, under the same pathogen inoculation conditions, the filter mud treatment significantly alleviated the occurrence of damping-off disease in sugar beets compared to the non-filter mud treatment, suggesting that the filter mud plays a role in increasing the relative abundance of beneficial microorganisms in the soil. Therefore, this invention isolated a strain of *Pseudomonas aeruginosa* RL76 with highly efficient antagonistic activity against *Rhizoctonia solani* from the rhizosphere soil of sugar beets cultivated using a mixture of filter mud and soil, and for the first time discovered its effective control of sugar beet damping-off disease while also promoting sugar beet growth, representing a groundbreaking achievement.
