The method comprises the following steps of: adopting eight ultrasonic probes with an ultrasonic receiving and transmitting function including four high-frequency ultrasonic probes and four low-frequency ultrasonic probes, which are arranged oppositely in pairs to form two sets of low-frequency ultrasonic probe pairs TD12 and TD34 and two sets of high-frequency ultrasonic probes TD56 and TD78; respectively acquiring the propagation time of ultrasonic waves which are transmittedfrom opposite sides and received by the two probes in each probe pair; and according to the measured propagation time and the distance between the two face-to-face probes in each ultrasonic probe pair, acquiring the three-dimensional wind speed and wind direction of natural wind.
