However, the existing remaining life evaluation method does not consider the fatigue damage within the service life, but only calculates the fatigue life based on the state of the offshore platform (such as the corrosion status) at the time of the remaining life evaluation, which is exactly the same as the fatigue life calculation method of the new structure.
