Abstract

According to the invention, the grain comprises a grain matrix and a textured yarn reinforced continuous fiber, wherein the textured yarn reinforced continuous fiber comprises two parts, i.e., core yarn and layer yarn; the core yarn is parallel to the axis of the grain matrix and uniformly distributed within the grain matrix; the layer yarn is loosely distributed around the core yarn; and according to the invention, the method mainly comprises the following three processes that: the process a for mainly finishing extrusion of the plastic matrix; the process b for mainly finishing the dispersion of the textured yarn and the molding of a grain strip; and the process c for mainly finishing the cooling, drying, granulating, collecting and the like of the grain strip.
