Problems solved by technology

3. Mutagenic effect: high concentration formaldehyde is also a genotoxic substance
[0003] Chinese patent application publication number CN101781688A document 1 discloses a fur leather tanning agent, its preparation method and application, and its composition also does not contain formaldehyde, but according to its formula, it has been tried many times in the applicant's tanning workshop. The result is that the content of the oxazolidine compound in the formula is too high, and according to the minimum content of 18.5% in the formula, it will also cause rotten skin, which is difficult to achieve the actual normal production and use.

Embodiment 1

[0010] Embodiment 1 comprises the steps:

[0011] 1. The preset process before tanning: soaking in water, washing, fleshing, softening, pickling according to the conventional process well known to those skilled in the art;

[0012] 2. Preparation process of tanning agent: first add 3 parts of fatty alcohol polyvinyl ether and 2 parts of glucose into 70 parts of water at 32±2°C and stir in the container until the glucose is completely dissolved; then add 12 parts of 3--hydroxyethyl , 3--oxazolidine and 5 parts of castor oil polyvinyl ether are fully stirred, while controlling the temperature of the mixing process at 32 ± 2°C to obtain a formaldehyde-free tanning agent for subsequent use;

[0013] 3. Tanning process: perform tanning, retanning, and neutralization according to conventional techniques well known to those skilled in the art;

[0014] 4. Subsequent process after tanning:. Washing or dry cleaning, drying, dampening, stretching, scalding, shearing, and trimming are ...

Embodiment 2

[0015] Example 2 Steps 1, 2, and 4 are the same as in Example 1, the difference is the preparation process of the tanning agent: first add 9 parts of fatty alcohol polyvinyl ether and 5 parts of glucose into 25 parts of water at 32±2°C in a container Stir well until the glucose is completely dissolved; then add 13 parts of 3-hydroxyethyl, 3-oxazolidine and 9 parts of castor oil polyvinyl ether and stir well, while controlling the temperature of the mixing process at 32±2°C to obtain formaldehyde-free Tanning agent spare.

Embodiment 3

[0016] Example 3 Steps 1, 2, and 4 are the same as in Example 1, the difference is the preparation process of the tanning agent: first add 5 parts of fatty alcohol polyvinyl ether and 3 parts of glucose to 59 parts of water at 32±2°C in a container Stir well until the glucose is completely dissolved; then add 14 parts of 3-hydroxyethyl, 3-oxazolidine and 6 parts of castor oil polyvinyl ether and stir well, while controlling the temperature of the mixing process at 32±2°C to obtain formaldehyde-free Tanning agent spare.

Abstract

The invention relates to a formaldehyde-free fur leather tanning method, and belongs to a fur tanning technique. The method comprises the following steps: immersing in water, washing with water, removing meat, softening and immersing in acid before tanning; and washing or dry-cleaning, drying, dampening, spreading, ironing hairs, shearing hairs and finishing after tanning. The method is characterized in that the tanning agent used in the tanning process is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 12-18% of oxazolidine compound, 3-9% of penetrant, 2-5% of moisturizer, 5-9% of softener and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the weight percents of the components is 100%; the oxazolidine compound is 3-hydroxyethyl-3-oxazolidine; the penetrant is fatty alcohol polyethylene ether; the moisturizer is glucose; and the softer is castor oil polyethylene ether. After the implementation of the method, a tanning effect identical to the tanning effect by using formaldehyde is obtained by adopting the oxazolidine compound to replace toxic and harmful formaldehyde used in the prior art; furthermore, the rotting phenomenon of the fur leather is effectively controlled; and more importantly, the components in the formula are not reported to be toxic or harmful.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a fur tanning technology, in particular to a method for tanning fur leather without formaldehyde. Background technique [0002] In the existing fur tanning technology, adopt the method for tanning fur leather with formaldehyde more. Formaldehyde is an all-rounder in the chemical industry and has a wide range of uses. It is used in synthetic resins, surfactants, plastics, rubber, leather, paper, dyes, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, photographic films, explosives, building materials, and in the processes of disinfection, fumigation and anticorrosion. Formaldehyde is used. From the point of view of histology, formaldehyde is a good fixative, which has many advantages: less tissue shrinkage, less damage, good preservation of inherent substances; uniform fixation, strong penetration; can make Tissue hardening, improving tissue elasticity, therefore, the effect of formaldehyde tanned fur leather is quite good. Aldehyde-aluminum tanni...
