Abstract

The invention discloses a device for automatically testing the aging performance and a thermal time constant of a thermistor. The device comprises a high temperature water tank mechanism, a low temperature water tank mechanism, a sample position switchover mechanism, an automatic water feed unit and a measurement and control unit, wherein the sample position switchover mechanism is arranged between the two water tank mechanisms which are connected with the automatic water feed unit respectively; and the measurement and control unit is electrically connected with the sample. By the device, a test environment with constant temperature can be guaranteed, and automatic water level feed and sample position switchover are realized, so that data can be digitalized and full-automatic test on the aging performance and the thermal time constant of the thermistor can be realized; furthermore, the problems of non-uniform temperature field, nonadjustable temperature, inaccurate measured data and low efficiency of the conventional test equipment can be solved; and the device is applicable to real-time monitoring test or sampling test on a large quantity of produced thermistors.
