Abstract

The invention discloses linear-cutting emulsified oil and a preparation method thereof. The linear-cutting emulsified oil comprises the following components by weight percent: A, 62-80wt% of light mineral oil, B, 2.59-8.69wt% of antirust complexing agent, C, 15-30wt% of emulsifying complexing agent, D, 1-5wt% of tap water and E, 1-4wt% of ethanol. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding the light mineral oil in a reaction kettle, and adding the emulsifying complexing agent under the condition of stirring; (2) stirring for 30-60 minutes, successively adding the antirust complexing agent, and then stirring for 30-40 minutes; and (3) adding tap water and then stirring for 30-50 minutes, and then adding ethanol and then further stirring for 20-30 minutes so as to obtain the linear-cutting emulsified oil. The linear-cutting emulsified oil and the preparation method thereof disclosed by the invention have the advantages that production process is simple, and the obtained linear-cutting emulsified oil has strong emulsifying property and good arc extinction effect.
