The invention discloses a traditional Chinese herbal composite for curing rhinitis, which comprises the components of: 6-12g of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 6-12g of radix bupleuri, 6-12g of honeysuckle, 6-12g of cassia twig, 6-12g of scutellaria baicalensis, 6-12g of schizonepeta, 6-12g of radix angelicae, 6-12g of ligusticum wallichii, 6-12g of radix paeoniae alba, 6-12g of fructus xanthil, 6-12g of Manchurian wild ginger, 6-12g of flos magnoliae liliflorae, 6-12g of fructus forsythiae, 6-12g of poria, 6-12g of houttuynia cordata, 6-12g of liquorice and 6-12g of white caltrop; and the preparation technology comprises the steps of: grinding the components into fine powder (i.e. pulvis) which can pass a screen with meshes of 0.4 mm, uniformly mixing 500g of the pulvis, 50g of starch and 250g of distilled water, and using a pelletizing machine to produce pills (i.e. pilula) with the weight of 0.14g.
