The ion-based laminated sheet with a copper foil coating comprises an iron substrate, a micro-porous phosphate film, a micro-molecular primer layer, a prepreg and a copper foil. The micro-porous phosphate film is arranged on the upper surface of the iron substrate. The micro-molecular primer layer is positioned on the micro-porous phosphate film. The prepreg is arranged on the micro-molecular primer layer. The preparation method comprises steps that: chemical treatment is carried out upon the surface of the iron substrate, such that the micro-porous phosphate film with micro-pores is formed on the surface of the iron substrate; the micro-molecular primer layer is arranged on the micro-porous phosphate film; the micro-molecular primer well permeates into the micro-pores of the phosphate film; and the micro-porous phosphate film is laminated and spliced with the prepreg through the micro-molecular primer layer.
