The novel automobile multi-fan intelligent controller comprises an electrical control unit (ECU), a microprocessor, a drive amplification unit, and a fan loop; the ECU sends a low-frequency pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal according to the running working condition of each fan loop; the microprocessor judges the running state of each fan loop according to the low-frequency PWM signal which is provided by the ECU so as to send a high-frequency PWM signal corresponding to each fan loop; the drive amplification unit amplifies the high-frequency PWM signal which is output by the microprocessor; and the fan loop receives the amplified high-frequency PWM signal which is provided by the drive amplification unit to ensure that the fan loop is electrified and runs and then a current signal of the fan loop is sampled and then is sent to the microprocessor.
