Abstract

The invention provides a loading device of an electric dynamometer. The loading device comprises a double PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) power circuit and a control circuit, wherein the control circuit is connected with the double PWM power circuit through a cable, and the control circuit comprises a digital signal processor (DSP), an encoder interface circuit and a torque sensor interface circuit; and the loading device is characterized in that the DSP is connected with the encoder interface circuit and the torque sensor interface circuit respectively, and the torque sensor interface circuit acquires a torque signal of a torque sensor and transmits the torque signal to the DSP; and the encoder interface circuit is used for receiving a rotating-speed signal from a loading motor and transmitting the rotating-speed signal to the DSP. The loading device adopts the torque closed-loop control so that the control precision of loading the torque can reach 0.1%FS; a high-precision encoder interface is adopted so that the measurement precision can reach 0.1rpm; besides, an integrated design is adopted so that the invention can realize the interface observation and data analysis without requiring a torque rotating-speed tester or an upper computer.
