Abstract

The invention discloses a starch adhesive for adhering cartons, which belongs to the technical field of adhesives. The starch adhesive is prepared from the following raw material in part by weight: 100 parts of starch, 3 to 8 parts of hydrogen peroxide, 5 to 12 parts of aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide, 0.2 to 0.8 part of crosslinking agent, 0.01 to 0.05 parts of ferrous sulfate, 10 to 20 parts of catalyst, 0.05 to o.1 part of preservative, 0.2 to 1.2 parts of tackifier, 0.5 to 1 part of tributyl phosphate, 9 to 16 parts of water-proofing agent, 15 to 18 parts of quick drying agent and 450 to 600 parts of water. The starch adhesive has the advantages that: the raw materials are readily available, and the cost is low; the drying speed is high; the waterproof performance is high; stability in storage is ensured; organic solvent and environment pollution are avoided; and the adhesive strength is very high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of adhesives, in particular to a starch adhesive for carton bonding. Background technique [0002] The reason why starch adhesives as an environment-friendly natural adhesive has attracted more and more attention from the industry is that starch has the advantages of abundant resources, low price, convenient use, and is non-toxic to the environment. Therefore, it is one of the most suitable natural adhesives for the carton production industry. [0003] The starch adhesives currently used in the carton production industry are mainly made of raw materials such as starch, water, sodium hydroxide and oxidizing agents. Traditional starch adhesives have disadvantages such as slow drying speed, low bonding strength, poor water resistance, and unstable storage performance, which limit their application in the carton production industry. Such as Chinese patent CN101760148A relates to a kind of adhesive made of corn...
