Embodiment Construction

[0018] Referring to the accompanying drawings figure 1 and 2 , the system for recovering energy according to the invention can be used in cooperation with a hoisting device schematically represented by a hoist in the accompanying drawings.

[0019] The lifting device comprises a cabin 2 for containing a load to be moved vertically.

[0020] The cabin 2 is connected to the counterpart load 4 by a cable 3 around a pulley 5 . In a known manner, the lifting of the cabin 2 corresponds to the lowering of the counterweight 4 and vice versa.

[0021] In its vertical two-way movement, the cabin 2 is driven along a vertical trajectory, which is not shown; similarly, other details not strictly related to the invention are not shown in the drawings and / or are not included in this document. mentioned in the manual.

[0022] A motor M acts on the pulley 5 , allowing the shaft of the pulley 5 to rotate in one direction or the other according to the lowering or raising movement of the cab...

Abstract

System for recovering energy in apparatuses for handling loads wherein a load (2) is vertically moved by means of motor means (M) that, in relation to the operative state thereof, absorbs electric energy in a greater or smaller quantity that a preset value. The system comprises sensing means of the energy instant-by-instant absorbed by the said motor means (M), at least one electric energy generator (G) apt to transform into electric energy the rotation of a shaft (6m) presented by the said motor (M). The sensing means operate the activation of said at least one generator (G) when the energy absorbed by the motor (M) is less than a preset value and operate the deactivation of the said at least one generator (G) when the energy absorbed by the motor (M) is greater than the preset value.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an energy recovery system for use in load handling devices such as hoists, goods hoists and similar devices, or lifting devices such as cranes. Background technique [0002] Devices such as hoists and goods hoists typically foresee a cabin or chamber for load transfer, a counterpart load connected to the cabin or chamber by a cable around a pulley, and an electric motor kinematically connected to said pulley to rotate the pulley. In practice, in order to limit the energy consumption of the electric motor, the work performed by the electric motor under such conditions that the required work (not taking into account the various losses due to the conversion of motion into friction, etc.) does not correspond to the entire weight of the capsule and its contents, But the difference between the corresponding tank weight and its corresponding counterpart load value. When the value of the weight of the pod and its contents is h...
