Embodiment

[0013] Take 3g of polyhydroxybutyrate and put it into 90ml of chloroform, stir until fully dissolved, transfer the solution to a 100ml volumetric flask after filtration, add chloroform to the mark, and obtain 100ml of polyhydroxybutyrate chloroform solution A; Dissolve 1.7g of Span85 oleate in 60ml of deionized water at 70 ℃ to obtain a stable template emulsion B; take 20ml of solution A and 0.5ml of solution B and mix together, stir until the solution is evenly mixed and stable, then let it stand for defoaming, and put it on the glass Scratch film on board. The obtained membrane is naturally dried at room temperature, then soaked in solvent cyclohexane to remove the template, washed repeatedly with water, and dried to constant weight in a vacuum drying oven to prepare a porous monolithic membrane. Pour 2-3ml of chloroform on the tetrafluoroethylene plate to make it fully spread, lightly place the two overlapping monolithic membranes on the tetrafluoroethylene plate, press lig...

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a porous bracket material capable of precisely controlling an aperture. With the method, the aperture, the distribution and the porosity of a hole can be precisely controlled to guarantee the mechanical strength of the porous material and improve the affinity between a cell and the surface of the material. The preparation method is realized by the following technical scheme with the following steps of: (1) putting a base material in a solvent to filter after stirring; (2) putting a template object into the solvent; (3) mixing the solvent, stirring, standing for defoaming, and knifing; (4) airing a film at room temperature, dipping in the solvent to remove the template, cleaning the film with water, and drying in a vacuum drying oven to obtain a single film; (5) slightly pressing the single film on a tetrafluoroethylene plate on which the dissolvent is poured; and (6) contacting the film with the wet surface of the film to prepare multiple layers of films, and drying the multiple layers of films in vacuum till balance weight to obtain the porous bracket material. The preparation method is used for preparing the porous bracket material used for the biomedical engineering.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biomedical materials, and in particular relates to a preparation method of a porous support material with precisely controlled pore diameter. Background technique [0002] Research on biomaterials has made great achievements, but biomaterials are still unable to replace the functions of organisms to regenerate tissues in terms of structure, function, metabolism, biochemical behavior and biomechanical properties. Biomaterials are often regarded as "foreign bodies" by organisms. ", this is because in the past, biological materials were often designed from the perspective of materials, rather than considering how the host integrates implanted materials and rebuilds tissues from a biological perspective, so they are rejected by the body as foreign bodies. In order to meet the requirements of tissue engineering, we consider starting from the perspective of bionics, that is, to prepare bionic extracellular matrix as a s...
