The user-defined form system comprises a database, a rule defining module, a drawing module, an output module and a form template module, wherein rule information of the rule defining module is approved by a user; data source information of the database is called by the rule defining module; information is outputted to the drawing module by the rule defining module; template information of the form template module is called by the drawing module; and finally, an HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) form outputted by the output module is outputted. The user-defined form system is capable of saving the cost of software development and increasing the speed of software application and is adapted to the change of service.
