Abstract

The invention relates to a regenerated silk fibroin tissue engineering scaffold containing a vascular endothelial growth factor and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of: (1) preparing a regenerated silk fibroin aqueous solution with silkworm cocoon as a raw material; (2) preparing a vascular endothelial growth factor and bovine serum albumin aqueous solution; (3) mixing the solutions prepared in the steps (1) and (2) to prepare a regenerated silk fibroin solution containing the vascular endothelial growth factor; (4) preparing the tissue engineering scaffold by adopting an electrostatic spinning technology with the solution prepared in the step (3) as a spinning liquid, wherein the engineering scaffold is a fibrofelt which is formed by regenerated silk fibroin fiber mixed with the vascular endothelial growth factor and bovine serum albumin and has a three-dimensional staggered network structure characteristic; and (5) carrying out post-treatment on the scaffold to improve the mechanical properties.
