The high-power-factor LED constant-current driving power supply is mainly technically characterized in that: a flyback converter topology is adopted, and working in a discontinuous current mode is performed, so that power factor calibration is realized automatically, and a high input power factor is obtained; and meanwhile, the energy storing capacitor is arranged in a main circuit, redundant energy is stored in the energy storing capacitor when the input power pin is higher than output power Po, and insufficient energy is provided by the energy storing capacitor when the input power pin is lower than output power Po, so that constant working current can be provided for an LED.
