The CPE rubber waterstop is prepared by mixing and stirring the following raw materials: CPE rubber, a softening plasticizer, a heat stabilizer, a PH (Potential of Hydrogen) conditioning agent, a lubricating agent, a reinforcing agent and a cross-linking agent, and sequentially carrying out internal mixer mixing, open mill outputting and then vulcanization molding.
