The device disclosed by the invention comprises a sleeving tube, a hook head, a conical round tube, a sliding rod, a guide tube, a guide tube rotation shaft, a motor for sleeving, a motor for releasing the chassis, a roller, a vertical moving platform and the like. The lower end of the round guide tube is internally provided with a spring fixedly. The sliding rod is arranged on the upper end face of the conical round tube and in the spring.
