Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of veterinary drug residue detection and particularly relates to a method for detecting the residual amount of fluazuron in cattle tissues (muscles, livers, kidneys and fat). The method includes the steps of subjecting a cattle tissue sample to extraction and purification, using acetonitrile-water as moving phase, and using a high performance liquid chromatography-ultraviolet detection method for detection, wherein the liquid chromatographic conditions include that the chromatographic column is Agilent C18, 5 mum, 150mm*4.6mm i.d.; the moving phase is the acetonitrile-water with a volume ratio of 68:32; the flow velocity is 1.2mL*min<-1>; the detection wavelength is 260 nm; the column temperature is 25 DEG C; and the sample introduction volume is 20 mL. According to the method for detecting the residual amount of the fluazuron in the cattle tissues, the limit of detection (LOD) of the fluazuron in the cattle tissues is 0.005mg*kg<-1>, the limit of qualification (LOQ) of the fat is 0.01mg*kg<-1> and the content of other tissues is 0.02mg*kg<-1>, and the requirement of the drug residue analysis of the fluazuron in foods of animal origin can be satisfied.
