On the basis of TCPW bandwidth estimation algorithm, the algorithm adopts a window control algorithm based on binary growth, approaches the optimum sending window through binary comparing growth, and carries out window adaptability adjustment at every RTT instead of after packet loss, raising network utilization rate.
