Abstract

The invention relates to a composite anti-corrosion terrace for protecting the terrace of a building under an acid and alkali corrosive environment and a new construction method of the composite anti-corrosion terrace. Thermosetting resin is epoxy resin or radical polymerization type resin; the radical polymerization type resin is unsaturated polyester resin, vinyl ester resin or poly-(methyl) acrylamide resin; and 10 to 250 wt% (preferably, 20 to 100 wt%) of reaction diluent and 0.1 to 7 wt% (preferably, 0.5 to 5 wt%) of reaction diluent are further added into each 100 wt% of thermosetting resin. The terrace construction comprises the following steps: first coating and puttying; polyurethane transitional layer coating; glassfibre layer or organic fiber layer coating; resin slurry layer coating; closing layer coating; and finish coating. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that the correlation table of the embodiment particularly shows that the product obtained according to the novel process formula and the construction method adopted by the invention is better in operation performance, medicine and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, anti-oxidant performance and low-temperature curing performance, and is shorter in construction period.
