Abstract

The invention relates to an apparatus for testing the trans-epithelium potential of a fish body. The apparatus comprises a testing cabinet, a testing electrode, a reference electrode, an internal recycle inlet-outlet water pipe and an external recycle inlet-outlet water pipe. The rim of the testing cabinet is provided with a water overflow opening which is sealed by a sealing plug. One end of thetesting electrode and one end of the reference electrode are connected with a pH-meter, while the other end of the testing electrode and the other end of the reference electrode are inserted into thetesting cabinet through the sealing plug. The testing electrode is connected with a fish body to-be-tested. The reference electrode is connected to the water environment in the testing cabinet. The front end and the back end of the testing cabinet are respectively disposed with two connectors. One end of the internal recycle inlet-outlet water pipe is connected with a joint in the front end of the testing cabinet, while the other end of the internal recycle inlet-outlet water pipe is connected with one joint in the back end of the testing cabinet. The internal recycle inlet-outlet water pipe is provided with a sealing joint for a dissolved oxygen electrode.
