Problems solved by technology

For trophozoites or swimming larvae that parasitize under the skin of fish, the dosage is not easy to control, and it is easy to remain in the fish, and even cause poison to the fish, which cannot achieve the effect of treating diseases; Because the cysts are protected by the cyst wall, low doses of drugs cannot be effective, and large doses of drugs will cause environmental pollution and waste
And because the cysts are easy to adhere to the bottom of the culture pond, it is not easy to remove them by the common method of supporting the bottom of the sewage.
And because a single cell will continue to divide and proliferate in the cyst, if it is not killed and discharged into the sea, it will bring great harm to the breeding sea area

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for removing residual cryptocryon irritans from a culture pond in a pollution-free way. The method comprises the following steps of (1) checking body surfaces, gills and fins of fishes in a pond A, judging whether the fishes suffer from 'white spot disease', controlling the water temperature to be between 25 and 30 DEG C, and observing the number of white spots on the bodies of the fishes in two to three consecutive days; (2) when the white spots are obviously reduced, pouring all fishes in the pond A into a pond B; (3) charging air into water in the pond A for 48 to 72 hours without any additional treatment; (4) controlling the water temperature of the pond B to be between 25 and 30 DEG C, and pouring all fishes into a pond C 48 hours after the fishes are poured into the pond B, wherein all trophozoites remaining on the bodies of the fishes are basically removed 48 hours after the fishes are poured into the pond B; and (5) continuously charging air into water in the pond B for 48 to 72 hours without any additional treatment. After all steps are taken, almost all cryptocryon irritans living on the bodies of the fishes are removed, and almost all larvae incubated by cysts in the ponds A and B are killed. The method is low in cost and simple in operation, and is environment-friendly and pollution-free because no chemical medicine is used.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of methods for killing Cryptocaryon stimuli, in particular to a method for removing residual Cryptocaryon stimuli in culture ponds without pollution. Background technique [0002] Cryptocaryon irritans (Cryptocaryon irritans) is commonly known as "seawater melon worm", and its life cycle is divided into three stages: Trophont, Tomont and Tomite. Trophozoites are mainly parasitic on the surface of fish, such as epithelial tissues of skin, gills, fins, eyes and tongue. There are obvious white spots at the edge of the lesion, so this parasitic disease is also called "white spot" disease of seawater fish. When the trophozoites mature, they will break away from the host, and within a few hours they will form cysts and adhere to the bottom of the culture tank. The worm body is in the cyst, and unequal divisions occur continuously, and a maximum of nearly 340 larvae can be produced. After the cyst ruptures, the larva ente...
