Abstract

The invention provides a permanent-magnet-maintenance bistable execution mechanism which adopts a series magnetic circuit and possesses a three-dimensional turning actuation function. A pedestal of the execution mechanism is made of a magnetic conductive material. Two permanent magnets are installed on inner sides of two vertical walls. A slideway is installed on a boss and an armature is arranged in the slideway. A coil, a change-over switch and a power supply are connected in series so as to form a closed loop. A driving lever is installed on a side wall of the armature and is extended through a through hole slot on the side wall of the slideway. One end of a lever in a turning actuation mechanism is provided with an opening groove. The driving lever can be slide in the opening groove. The other end of the lever is extended out of an opening of a side surface of a sleeve and contacts with a chassis of an axon. The axon can be extended out of a top hoe of the sleeve. The permanent-magnet-maintenance bistable execution mechanism adopts a series magnetic circuit structure. An amount of a permanent magnet is small. A volume is small and the permanent magnet is flattening so that parallel motion of the armature can be converted into other motion modes. An application scope is wide. The mechanism is suitable for an occasion which has a three-dimensional or special motion demand and the occasion in which placing space is restricted.
