Problems solved by technology

[0002] The existing embroidery process is to directly print and dye the print or pattern on the surface of the base fabric, and then randomly intersperse the embroidery on the printed and dyed base fabric. The printed and dyed pattern on the final product is intertwined with the embroidery pattern, which cannot be clearly distinguished
[0003] Moreover, when it is necessary to print and dye a variety of colors and embroider patterns of various shapes, because there is no definition of the contour line, it is also impossible to position the printing and dyeing. The boundary between the pattern after printing and dyeing and the pattern after embroidery is not very clear. Different patterns on the finished product cannot be clearly distinguished

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of textile and especially relates to an embroidery technology. A novel embroidery technology is realized by utilizing an embroidery and dyeing combined technology. The embroidery technology comprises the following steps: coating dye on a dyeing carrier and airing; broidering an outline of a required pattern on a base cloth by using an embroidery line; cutting the dyeing carrier into the shape of the required pattern; causing the surface of the dyeing carrier coated with the dye to face to the base cloth and fixing the cut dyeing carrier in the outline by using a fixing line; performing thermal transfer printing on the fixed dyeing carrier and the base cloth; printing the dye on the dyeing carrier onto the base cloth; and dissolving the dyeing carrier or the fixing line. According to the embroidery technology provided by the invention, each embroidery pattern in an end product is legible.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the textile field, in particular to an embroidery process. Background technique [0002] The existing embroidery process is to directly print and dye the print or pattern on the surface of the base fabric, and then randomly intersperse the embroidery on the printed and dyed base fabric. The printed and dyed pattern on the final product and the embroidery pattern are intertwined and cannot be clearly distinguished. The different patterns on the finished product cannot be clearly distinguished.
