The motor rotor comprises a core (2), wherein multiple groups of permanent-magnet magnetic poles are arranged on the core (2) in the circumferential direction; each group permanent magnet magnetic pole comprises multiple layers of permanent-magnet grooves; and in each group of permanent-magnet magnetic pole, permanent magnets (4) are embedded in partial permanent magnet grooves, and magnetic bridges capable of conducting flux are arranged in other permanent-magnet grooves. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the magnetic bridges capable of conducting flux are arranged in the permanent-magnet grooves in which the permanent magnets (4) are not arranged, so that the synthesized torque ofpermanent-magnet torque and reluctance torque of a permanent-magnetic auxiliary synchronous reluctance motor achieve higher level under the condition that less rare earth permanent magnets are used, and the motor efficiency is further improved.
