A centrifugal fan is arranged on the sowing machine capable of rotary tillage and fertilization of the grain seeds, and is provided with an impeller, a fan shaft, an exhaust opening and an air outlet, and a power delivery shaft is connected with the fan shaft by the speed changing box. A seed metering device has a cylindrical structure and comprises a wind blocking circular tube and an outer cylinder of the seed metering device, which are installed in a matching manner.
