Abstract

Disclosed is a resin collected glass reinforced plastic buffer tank used for a vacuum resin infusion process. A tank body wall comprises a lining layer, a structure layer and an outer protection layer composited successively from inside to outside. A tank body is divided into a left portion and a right portion which are connected through flanges and rubber in a sealing mode, extractor vents are arranged on the top portion of the tank body and connected with a vacuum pump through pipelines. The structure layer and the outer protection layer are fixed and formed by resin matrixes, fibers and unidirectional fabrics; and flange connection ends are fixed and formed by resin matrixes, fibers and unidirectional fabrics. The left portion and the right portion of the tank body are sealed and connected through the flange connection ends and sealing pads. The connection mode is bolt connections, the mechanical strength is high, the operation is simple and rapid, and no special device is needed. The lining has anticorrosion, seepage-proof and air leakage proof effects, and the inner wall is smooth so that the demoulding is facilitated. The structure layer guarantees the strength and the stiffness of the tank body effectively, and the outer protection layer is anti-aging and corrosion resistant.
