Abstract

Disclosed is an unequal power divider integrated with a bandpass filter function, comprising: an upper-layer microstrip structure, an isolation element, a middle-layer dielectric substrate and a lower-layer grounding metal plate. Each unequal power divider integrated with a bandpass filter function comprises two single-frequency bandpass filter circuits and an isolation element connected between the two single-frequency bandpass filter circuits. The input impedance and the output impedance of the unequal power divider are the same, and the input and output impedance of each of the single-frequency bandpass filter circuit can be adjusted by changing the coupling intensity between resonators and a port location, so as to conduct power distribution of different ratios and achieve matching. The present invention can omit a quarter-wavelength impedance transforming section required by a traditional unequal Wilkinson power divider at an output port, thereby effectively reducing the dimensions. The present invention can be used in various types of radio-frequency front-end systems, and has the functions of power distribution and frequency selection at the same time, thereby being beneficial to the integration and miniaturization of a device.
