Abstract

The invention provides a method for introducing a warped-head steel strip into a reeling nipper jaw. A clamping slot is welded on the lower surface of a guiding plate of a reeling machine and a supporting rod is hinged with a press roller base. The method comprises the following steps: moving the guiding plate of the reeling machine and the reeling nipper jaw to preset positions; stopping inching when a strip head is 40-70mm away from the reeling nipper jaw; if the steel strip has a warped-head, closing a pneumatic valve of the guiding plate; placing the upper end of the supporting rod into the clamping slot and supporting the guiding plate; inserting a safety pin for fixing; forward inching the steel strip; hooking the steel strip from the two sides of the guiding plate by an adjuster by utilizing an adjusting hook and smoothly introducing the strip head into the reeling nipper jaw; and moving the supporting rod from the clamping slot and opening the pneumatic valve. According to the method provided by the invention, the potential safety hazard during the strip guiding process is eliminated; the probability of generating steel clamping and steel stacking phenomena during a reeling process at an outlet is obviously reduced; the accident handling time is shortened; the reduction of speed of machine set and the parking accident are avoided; the operation efficiency of equipment and machine set is increased; and the yield of silicon steel is increased by above 2%.
