Abstract

The invention discloses an on-line water quality quick detection system and a detection method thereof, belonging to the field of water quality detection of industrial wastewater. The detection system consists of four parts, i.e., a detection device, a power and signal conversion processing device, an indicator adding device and a cleaning device. According to the detection method, direct developing is mainly utilized or an indicator is added to develop to show the color separation brightness of the industrial wastewater and characteristic related to pollutant concentration of the industrial wastewater, so that quick on-line detection is realized. The method is mainly implemented by combining the four parts, i.e., the detection device, the power and signal conversion processing device, the indicator adding device and the cleaning device. The system and the method provided by the invention are used for direct developing or indicating of developing for water quality detection of the industrial wastewater, and have the advantages of high response speed (1 second), high corrosion resistance (no wastewater contact element), stable operation (no movable detection element), long service life, easiness in maintenance and the like.
