According to the invention, the spicy additive is prepared by using natural harmless conelike redpepper extract which is used for replacing artificially synthesized spices. Natural capsaicin contained in the conelike redpeppers can be relatively completely extracted, and the prepared spicy additive is pure natural, and comprises no artificially synthesized substances. The prepared spicy additive has good color and taste. With the method provided by the invention, preparation means of spicy additives are enriched, and food safety of existing spicy additives is improved.
