Method for preparing spicy additive from conelike redpepper

The invention provides a method for preparing a spicy additive from conelike redpeppers. The method comprises the steps of raw material selecting, primary selecting, manual sorting, pulp mashing, fine grinding, concentrating, separating, drying, and packaging. According to the invention, the spicy additive is prepared by using natural harmless conelike redpepper extract which is used for replacing artificially synthesized spices. Natural capsaicin contained in the conelike redpeppers can be relatively completely extracted, and the prepared spicy additive is pure natural, and comprises no artificially synthesized substances. The prepared spicy additive has good color and taste. With the method provided by the invention, preparation means of spicy additives are enriched, and food safety of existing spicy additives is improved. Utilization values and product types of conelike redpeppers are enlarged. The method provided by the invention has great significance in future developments of flavoring and agricultural production activities of pepper farmers.
