Abstract

The invention belongs to the development field of agricultural products and discloses a processing method for production of distilled spirit by fermentation of alfalfa materials and a processing method for production of high-protein nutrient feed with residual spent grain solution after production of the distilled spirit by fermentation, plant straw powder and the like serving as raw materials. Firstly, according to the method, by the aid of advanced production processes of fermentation and distilling, the 50 V/V edible distilled spirit is prepared (with the distillation yield of approximately 80%). The alfalfa distilled spirit is clear and transparent, has inherent attributes of the distilled spirit and has rich grass fragrance and wine fragrance, and various nutritional ingredients of alfalfa are remained. Secondly, according to the processing method, spent grain solution remained after production of the distilled spirit by alfalfa fermentation and plant straw powder serve as main raw materials, high-protein edible strains are added, the high-protein nutrient feed powder (with the protein content >=30%) which can meet the growth requirements of livestock, improve the immunity and increase the livestock weight can be prepared through solid fermentative cultivation, materials are used fully, and the problem that spent grains of spirit production and fermentation waste solutions pollute the environment is solved.
