Abstract

The method includes mixing 5-13wt% of coal with Rmax ranging from 0.7% to 0.8%, 10-15wt% of coal with Rmax ranging from 0.6% to 0.9%, 15-25wt% of coal with Rmax ranging from 0.9% to 1.2%, 20-50wt% of coal with Rmax ranging from 1.2% to 1.5% and 15-35wt% of coal with Rmax ranging from 1.5-1.7% uniformly; feeding the above raw materials into a coke tamping furnace, coking for 25-28 hours under conditions that machine-side temperature ranges from 1305 DEG C to 1335 DEG C, coke-side temperature ranges from 1315 DEG C to 1345 DEG C, coke cake center temperature ranges from 950 DEG C to 1050 DEG C, pressure of an observation hole ranges from -5Pa to 5Pa, pressure of a gas collector pipe ranges from 80Pa to 100Pa and suction force of a flue distribution duct ranges from 245Pa to 265Pa, and obtaining qualified cokes meeting requirements of iron making.
