Abstract

The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) extract of total saponin ingredients and a preparation method of same. Raw materials for extracting the extract are 10-90 percent of lily and 10-90 percent of rhizoma anemarrhenae. All components are produced by adopting the following steps: purifying lily and rhizoma anemarrhenae, cleaning and then drying at low temperature of 50-70 DEG C; soaking lily and rhizoma anemarrhenae in alcohol, infiltering the alcohol and collecting alcohol liquor as A; adding water in residue for infiltration and collecting water solution as B; reclaiming A to alcohol to obtain a concentrated solution C with the herb weight of 1:1, and mixing B and C; filtering (a ceramic membrane) or micro-filtering; loading a P1P101 resin column at the speed of 2-3 ml / min for adsorption; and washing, backwashing with alcohol, concentrating, drying, crushing and screening. The invention has the advantages that as the extract contains saponin, a research shows that the extract can play a role of improving the symptom of a chronic stress induced depression model rat and can be used for curing human depression; and the preparation method is convenient, the cost is low, the implementation is easy, deficiencies in the prior art are made up, and a broad way is provided for development of the medicine industry.
