The device is arranged at a part where the pressure difference exists between an upstream pipeline and a downstream pipeline in the natural gas delivery pipeline, wherein the atmospheric pressure in the upstream pipeline is greater than that of the downstream pipeline; a filtering separator is connected between the upstream pipeline and the downstream pipeline; a heating device and an expansion generator are arranged between the filtering separator and the downstream pipeline; the heating device is an electric heating device or waste heat exchange device; and a gas-liquid separating device is arranged at the rear part of the expansion generator. According to the device disclosed by the invention, the pressure adjusting function is realized by adopting the expansion generator instead of a pressure adjusting valve; the work doing to the outside can be realized while the pressure is adjusted; the pressure difference energy is converted into electric energy or cold energy for outputting and liquid light-hydrocarbon can be obtained and the full utilization of resources is realized; and natural gas subjected to pressure and temperature drop is heated by using electric energy or waste heat energy, and thus better energy-saving and environment-friendly performances are obtained.
