This detection method is strong, subjective, and prone to false detection
Some large-scale enterprises have introduced foreign automatic intelligent light inspection machines. At present, many universities and enterprises in my country have developed automatic light inspection machines. Both foreign and domestic fully automatic intelligent light inspection machines basically use machine vision methods. That is, the detection method of judging the presence of impurities by continuously taking pictures with multiple high-speed industrial cameras combined with image analysis algorithms and processing and recognition software. The equipment cost based on this method is relatively high, and the image processing and recognition software is more complicated. The recognition rate of foreign matter is not high, and it is inconvenient to maintain in actual production

Embodiment Construction

[0044]The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments. The following examples will help those skilled in the art to further understand the present invention, but do not limit the present invention in any form. It should be noted that those skilled in the art can make several modifications and improvements without departing from the concept of the present invention. These all belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0045] Such as Figure 1-2 As shown in the figure: 1 is a light source, 2 is an optical fiber, 3 is a lens, 4 is a slit, 5 is a cylindrical lens, 6 is a liquid bottle to be detected, 7 is an array lens, 8 is an array detector, and 9 is a large turntable. The light emitted by the light source 1 is coupled to the optical fiber 2 through the lens, and the light output by the optical fiber 2 is collimated and irradiated on the rectangular slit 4 through the lens 3. After passing through the slit 4, a r...

Abstract

The invention provides a system and method for automatically detecting impurities in a bottled liquid. A multi-channel optical image analog signal detecting method is adopted, wherein detected liquid bottles are loaded to a big circular turntable in sequence; the big turntable rotates at a constant speed of a plurality of revolutions per minute; after being driven by a motor to rotate around an axis at a high speed, the detected liquid bottles are braked; the liquid bottles stop rotating and the liquids still continue to rotate due to inertia; a light transmitting unit, which comprises a light source, a lens, a slit and a cylindrical lens, and a light receiving unit, which comprises an array lens and an array detector, are mounted on a follow-up turntable, which synchronously rotates together with the big turntable and rapidly returns; when the follow-up turntable and the detected liquid bottles are kept in a relative static state, the variation of a light intensity signal is continuously monitored, the continuous monitored light intensity signal is processed and analyzed; and the existence of the impurities is judged through analyzing the variation of the light intensity signal. According to the invention, the impurities in the liquid can be efficiently detected; and compared with a machine vision method, the system for automatically detecting the impurities in the bottled liquid, provided by the invention, has the advantages of low equipment cost and greater easiness in maintenance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a system and method for automatically detecting impurities in bottled liquid, and belongs to the technical field of optical instruments and optical measurement. Background technique [0002] Clinically used ampoules may introduce impurities during production and filling. These impurities are usually tiny cilia, hair, glass shavings and larger glass pieces. Studies have shown that these impurities can cause serious health problems if injected into the body. The "Chinese Pharmacopoeia" clearly requires that if the liquid contains impurities with a diameter greater than 50 microns, it must be detected and identified as a substandard product. [0003] At present, domestic pharmaceutical companies mainly use manual detection methods, that is, to judge whether foreign matter is contained by human eyes under specific light in a dark room. This detection method is strong, subjective, and prone to false detection. Some large-scale e...
