The system comprises a black level test environment, a real-time image acquisition and display system and a photoelectric imaging sensor, an operational amplifier, an image signal processing chip, a switch control circuit, an analog switch and a reference level compensation network, wherein the output end of the photoelectric imaging sensor is connected with the input end of the operational amplifier; the output end of the operational amplifier is connected with the input end of the image signal processing chip through a capacitor; the output end of the image signal processing chip is connected with the input end of the real-time image acquisition and display system; the reference level compensation network is connected with the input end of the operational amplifier through the analog switch; and the switch control circuit controls the switching-on and switching-off of the analog switch according to the sequential relationship between a dummy pixel section and a valid pixel section of an analog image signal output by the photoelectric imaging sensor.
