Abstract

The invention relates to an integrated rotary radiation preheating mixing type heat recovery device with a smoke chilling function. The integrated rotary radiation preheating mixing type heat recovery device with the smoke chilling function is characterized in that high-temperature synthetic gas and melting slag enter a radiant heat exchange component from a synthetic gas inlet of the device to be subjected to radiant heat exchange and then enter a gas mixing chamber of a smoke chilling component to be subjected to air changing cooling, afterwards, solid ashes enter a slag bath, and the synthetic gas upwards returns and is subjected to spray cooling through an attemperator component; and the synthetic gas enters a convective heat exchange component, sequentially flows through an evaporator, a superheater and an economizer, and is subjected to heat exchange cooling and discharged through a synthetic gas outlet. The integrated rotary radiation preheating mixing type heat recovery device has the advantages of effectively combining radiant heat exchange, smoke chilling and convective heat exchange, being useful for an IGCC (Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle) power generation system, absorbing sensible heat of the raw synthetic gas to generate high-pressure steam or middle-pressure steam for power generation, greatly improving the utilization ratio of overall energy resources, being high in recovery utilization ratio of energy and more convenient in manufacturing, transportation and installation, effectively reducing the whole size of a waste heat boiler and being capable of eliminating dust deposited on a convective heat exchange surface.
