Problems solved by technology

At present, although electrospun fibers with a certain orientation can be prepared by collecting devices such as roller devices and conductive flat plates with insulating gaps, it is still difficult to prepare fiber aggregates with complex and controllable pattern structures by electrospinning. a blank

Embodiment 1

[0039] Weave the wires in a single braided manner to form a grid receiving template. The diameter of the wires is 0.1mm and the spacing between the wires is 0.14mm. Select this grid template as the collecting substrate ( figure 2 ). Dissolve 0.275g of polylactic acid (PDLLA, Mw=45kDa) in 8ml of N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and 2ml of tetrahydrofuran (THF), and stir at room temperature to form a uniform and stable solution. Put the polymer solution into the syringe, and connect the needle of the syringe to a high-voltage power supply. The solution supply flow is controlled at 0.2ml / h by the flow pump, the applied voltage is 5kv, and the distance between the high voltage end and the ground end is 10cm. Through this process, electrospun fiber aggregates with regular morphology similar to the substrate structure were collected ( Figure 7 , 8 ).

Embodiment 2

[0041]Fix a straight thin wire with a diameter of 0.15 mm on an insulating board as a template for wire bump collection. Through this process, the fibers are only deposited on the thread protrusions and the collected fibers are oriented ( Figure 9 ).

Embodiment 3

[0043] Manufacture a series of square protrusions on the iron plate by wire cutting technology. The side length of the protrusions is 0.1mm, the height is 0.35mm, and the distance between the protrusions is 0.2mm. The conductive substrate with protrusions is used as a collection template ( Figure 4 ). Through this process, electrospun fiber aggregates with regular morphology similar to the substrate structure were collected ( Figure 10 , 11 ).

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method for a controllable patterned electrospinning fiber aggregate. Through the adoption of the method, the electrospinning fiber aggregate with a specific pattern structure is obtained. According to the invention, collecting templates with specific pattern structures are designed and prepared, and the electrospinning fiber aggregate with a controllable pattern structure is prepared with the collecting templates.

Description

technical field [0001] This case is a divisional application of Chinese patent application (200710047614.5). The invention relates to a method for preparing controllable patterned electrospun fiber aggregates, and belongs to the field of preparation of micro-nano scale electrospun fibers. Background technique [0002] With the development of industry and the progress of science and technology, electrospinning technology has received more and more attention. Electrospinning is a simple and effective method to prepare nano / micro-scale fiber aggregates, and has been widely used in biomedical materials, tissue engineering, optoelectronic materials, filter materials, and sensors. Electrospinning technology is the solution or melt of polymer or other materials under the action of high-voltage electric field force to form a jet, which is sprayed out of the solution storage device. At the same time, the solvent volatilizes and solidifies during the injection process of the jet, and...
