Abstract

The comprehensive performance detection system comprises a detection platform, an actuating mechanism control system and a detected data processing device; the detection platform mainly comprises a compression chamber, an air control system which is communicated with the compression chamber, an artificial lung for simulating body breathing, valves for connecting the breathing apparatus and sensors of the valves; the actuating mechanism control system comprises an industrial personal computer, wherein the industrial personal computer is used for controlling the controlled valves to open and close, starting a breathing apparatus motor of the artificial lung to work and controlling the pressure variation of the compression chamber, and an actuating mechanism is used for controlling through buttons on a software interface; and the detected data processing device comprises a computer processing system and a printing device. The detection system can simulate the working condition of an underwater breathing apparatus in the deepwater pressure environment, the pressures and flow parameters of all the valves are detected through the sensors and are digitally displayed, so that factors of man-made misreading, misinformation and the like are reduced, and results are more intuitively and accurately.
