Embodiment 2
[0022] 100 parts of natural rubber (1# smoked sheet rubber), 3 parts of zinc oxide (purity 99.8%), 0.6 parts of stearic acid (industrial grade), 1.0 part of anti-aging agent 264 (industrial grade), 2.5 parts of sulfur (industrial grade), 0.35 parts of accelerator M, 0.5 parts of accelerator DM, SiO 2 35 parts, TiO 2 5 parts, iron yellow 0.5 part.

Embodiment 3
[0025] The manufacture method of the high-strength elastic rubber material in the foregoing embodiment is as follows:
[0026] A. Masticating: put the weighed natural rubber into the open mill, and pass it 3 to 5 times under the minimum rolling torque to obtain raw rubber;
[0027] B. Mixing: Put the raw rubber into the internal mixer, and take it out after 1-2 minutes of refining;
[0028] C. Put the weighed SiO into the internal mixer 2 , weighed zinc oxide, TiO 2 , stearic acid, anti-aging agent, and then put in the kneaded raw rubber, pressurized and kneaded for 8 to 10 minutes
[0029] D. On the open mill, the lower piece is cooled; after 24 hours, add sulfur, accelerator M and accelerator DM, and get the modified rubber compound by back-burning the piece.
[0030] The step of mixing adopts reverse mixing method for mixing. (Put in the materials other than raw rubber first, then put in the raw rubber after putting in, put down the top bolt and knead once).

Abstract
The invention relates to an elastic rubber material with high strength, high elasticity, oil resistance and aging resistance and an elastic band produced from the same. The elastic rubber material comprises 80-100 parts of a natural rubber, 3-5 parts of zincoxide, 0.5-1.0 part of stearic acid, 1.0-2.0 parts of an antioxidant 264, 1.5-3.0 parts of sulfur, 30-50 parts of a promoter SiO2, 0.5-5 parts of TiO2 and 0.5 part of ferrite yellow. A manufacturing method comprises the following steps: mixing: adding weighed natural rubber into an open mill, and curling 3-5 times at a minimum roll moment to obtain rubber; mixing: adding the rubber into an internal mixer, mixing for 1-2 min and taking out for standby; adding weighed SiO2, then adding the rubber subjected to mixing, and pressurizing for banburying; adding weighed zincoxide, stearic acid and antioxidant for pressurizing banburying; batching off on the open mill for cooling; and adding the sulfur and the accelerator 24 h later.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a high-strength elastic rubber material used in sporting goods and its application, in particular to a high-strength rubber material for an elastic band and the elastic band produced therefrom. Background technique [0002] Most of the elastic bands used on sports and fitness equipment are made of elastic cloth, and their stretchability and elasticity are small, which often cannot meet the needs of some fitness exercises. [0003] How to provide an elastic belt made of a rubber material with a large degree of stretchability, high elasticity, and durability is a technical problem to be solved in this field. Contents of the invention [0004] The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a high-strength elastic rubber material with high strength, high elasticity, grease resistance and aging resistance and the elastic band produced therefrom. [0005] In order to solve the above problems, the present...
